An all-element perception system integrating people, vehicles, roads, and the environment is fundamental for smart expressway construction. Currently, the construction of a sound system faces a series of challenges, including real-time monitoring of traffic, early warning of meteorological environment, timely detection of road conditions, comprehensive inspection of structural health, effective management of mechanical and electrical facilities, and supervision of personnel and mobile facilities.

Hisense’s all-element scenario-based perception solution enables the intuitive visualization of data and hidden risks, providing valuable insights for decision-making and investments. The system integrates all-element traffic events and meteorological environment perception data to comprehensively display traffic events, meteorological environment, road conditions, mechanical and electrical facilities, structural health, personnel/mobile facilities, etc. Furthermore, through standardized and pre-planned handling processes, it accelerates the disposal of abnormal events, makes the whole process traceable and enhances the safety and efficiency of traffic operations.
