鼎梁筑 - 梁场数字化平台由应用平台与数字孪生组成。
梁场应用平台围绕预制梁场制存运架全生命周期业务流程，面向梁场生产与管理人员，以工业化生产理念为引导，以数据驱动为核心，实现了工序数据自动采集、计划智能推算与排程、存梁自动推荐、运梁实时监测、架设安全预警、厂场联动等，支撑预制梁场高效生产与智慧决策。
梁场数字孪生以应用平台为数据中心，以应用结果为导向，面向项目管理与决策人员，利用 BIM 和 UE 技术高度还原预制梁场全域场景，同时对接项目级数智梁场应用平台内的业务数据，以工业化生产、数字化管理、智慧化决策理念，实现物理梁场与数字梁场的孪生映射、数据连通，提升预制梁场精细化管理能力。
DingLiangZhu - The digital platform of beam factory is composed of application platform and digital twin. The digital intelligent beam factory application platform is centered on the whole life cycle business process of precast beam factory production, storage, transportation and erection, and is oriented to the production and management personnel of the beam factory. Guided by the concept of industrialized production and data-driven as the core, it realizes automatic collection of process data, intelligent projection and scheduling of plans, automatic recommendation of stored beams, real-time monitoring of beam transportation, early warning of erection safety, and factory-field linkage, etc., which supports efficient production and intelligent decision-making of precast beam factory.
The digital twin of the precast beam factory takes the application platform as the data center, is oriented to the application results, and targets the project management and decision makers. Use BIM and UE technology to highly restore the whole scene of the prefabricated beam factory, and connect the business data in the application platform of the project series smart beam factory. With the concept of industrial production, digital management and intelligent decision-making, the twin mapping and data connectivity between physical beam factory and digital beam factory are realized, and the fine management ability of prefabricated beam factory is improved.
