主要内容和创新点 /Main Contents And Innovations

绿色交通是推动绿色丝绸之路建设的重要领域。国家发展改革委、外交部、生态环境部、商务部联合印发的《关于推进共建“一带一路”绿色发展的意见》强调“加强绿色交通领域国际合作，助力共建‘一带一路’国家发展绿色交通”。在此背景下，中国公路学会与同济大学、长安大学共同合作，编写发布《交通基础设施建设项目绿色评价指标体系》、《交通基础设施韧性评价指标体系》。

Green transportation is an important area to promote the construction of the Green Silk Road. The Opinions on Jointly Promoting Green Development of the Belt and Road jointly issued by National Development and Reform Commission, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Ministry of Ecology and Environment, and Ministry of Commerce, emphasizes that “we will consolidate international cooperation to help BRI participating countries develop green transportation”. In this context, China Highway and Transportation Society cooperated with Tongji University and Chang 'An University, releasing Assessment system for the green degree of transportation infrastructure construction projects and Resilient Evaluation Index System of Transportation Infrastructure Construction Projects.
