中交一公院全力推进产业数字化转型，聚焦智慧、大数据、工程数字化领域，形成一系列数字创新成果。发布公路基础设施数字化养护管理平台，结合 BIM、大数据、智能感知等技术，以公路行业信息模型系列标准为依据，集成基础设施设计、建设、养护全寿命期内的多维数据，建立涵盖桥梁、隧道、路基、路面等结构物的公路工程全资产数据中心。同时将 BIM 模型与养护业务深度融合，实现构件级精细化养护管理、管养数据闭环、病害精准定位、养护数据溯源、业务流程标准化，为养护数据深度挖掘、科学养护决策提供数据支撑。中交云链城市产业数字基础服务平台，利用大数据技术手段解决城市产业基础设施业务发展过程中的共性问题，汇聚人、房、产、业、境五大维度城市数据，结合实际应用场景，植入理论算法，形成城市区域画像、城市产业发展评估、主导产业链分析、土地价值评估等一系列数智化产品，为城市综合开发、产业规划与研究、城市服务与运营等业务体系进行数字化赋能，以数字技术为本助力中交集团“大城市业务”发展，为集团创造显著价值。
CCCC First Highway Consultants Co., Ltd. has made ever y effort to promote industrial digital transformation, focusing on the fields of wisdom, big data and engineering digitalization, and formed a series of digital innovation achievements. The digital maintenance management platform of highway infrastructure is released to combine BIM, big data, intelligent perception and such technologies, draw on the series of standards of highway industry information model, and integrate multidimensional data within the whole life cycle of infrastructure design, construction and maintenance, to establish a highway engineering full asset data center covering bridges, tunnels, subgrade, pavement and other structures. At the same time, the BIM model is deeply integrated with the maintenance business to achieve component level refined maintenance management, management and maintenance data closed-loop, distresses precise positioning, maintenance data traceability, and business process standardization, providing data support for in-depth mining of maintenance data and scientific maintenance decision-making. The CCCC Cloud Chain City Industrial Digital Basic Service Platform was released to solve common problems in the process of urban industrial infrastructure business development by using big data technology, aggregate the five dimensions of urban data, namely, people, housing, production, industry and environment, combine practical application scenarios and implant theoretical algorithms to form a series of digital and intelligent products, including urban regional portrait, urban industry development evaluation, leading industry chain analysis, land value evaluation, etc, to carry out digital empowerment for urban comprehensive development, industrial planning and research, urban service and operation and other business systems, and taking digital technology as the foundation to help CCCC Group develop its "big city business" and create significant value for the Group.
