沥青是我国铺面工程使用最为广泛的材料,其由不同分子量的碳氢化合物及其非金属衍生物组成,在沥青铺面高温施工过程中会排放大量烟气,其中挥发性有机物(VOCs)、半挥发性有机物(SVOCs)、硫化氢、二氧化硫、一氧化碳、氮氧化物等气态排放物以及颗粒物(PMs)会对施工工人和周边社区构成健康风险。鉴于沥青烟气的复杂性与危害性,本专题研讨聚焦铺面沥青烟气排放特征、评价与抑制,为推动沥青铺面清洁化施工做出贡献,推进道路基础设施绿色低碳转型,助力“双碳”目标。
Paving asphalt is the most widely used material for pavement engineering in China. Asphalt is a complex mixture of hydrocarbons with different molecular weights and their non-metallic derivatives. During the high temperature construction periods, a large amount of fumes, which is generally composed of volatile organic compounds (VOCs), semi-volatile organic compounds (SVOCs), hydrogen sulfide, sulfur dioxide, carbon monoxide, nitrogen oxides and particulate matters (PMs). The aforementioned compounds can pose a health risk to construction workers and neighboring communities. In view of the complexity and hazardousness of asphalt fumes, the present meeting focuses on emission characteristics, evaluation and inhibition of paving asphalt fumes, with the aim of promoting cleaner construction of asphalt pavement. Through the completion of the goal, we wish to accelerate the green and low-carbon transformation of road infrastructure and contribute to the carbon emission peaking and carbon neutrality goals.

唐乃膨(1990.09-),男,江苏泗阳人,重庆交通大学副教授、博导,巴渝学者青年学者,现任道路系副主任。本科毕业于长安大学、同济大学博士、重庆大学博士后、代尔夫特理工大学访问学习经历、中国科协培训和人才服务中心借调工作经历。长期从事路面材料研究,包括生态道路材料、沥青材料流变性、沥青化学、沥青排放物等。主持(完成)国家/省部级课题5项,发表学术论文20余篇,撰写的资政信息被中央办公厅单篇采用,担任多个期刊青编、审稿人。
